Proctor Approval Process

In order to become a SMRPCO Approved Proctor, applicants must fill out the Approved Proctor Application. All applications are reviewed by SMRPCO and will be subject to pre-approval

All applicants must complete the 'Become an Approved Proctor' form below.

If approval is granted, candidates must:

  • Attend an online Proctor Training Webinar hosted by the SMRPCO Office
  • Shadow a SMRPCO Approved Proctor - if you are affiliated with a university, technical or community college, you are not required to shadow an Approved Proctor
    • Sign Proctor Trainee Attestation Form upon completion of shadowing
  • Schedule exam sessions online via the Proctor Exam Scheduling Form

Please note:  An exam session must be submitted two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled exam date for US Approved Proctors and four (4) weeks prior to the scheduled exam date for International Approved Proctors.
