Exam Proctors

SMRPCO policies and procedures require the presence of an approved proctor during the administration of CMRP, CMRT and CAMA exams. The proctor’s primary responsibility is to protect the integrity of the exams. With the help of over 200 volunteer proctors, SMRPCO sponsors certification examinations at over 50 locations around the world.

Become an Approved Proctor

Exam proctor applicants are expected to be CMRP-certified for a minimum of one (1) year and in good standing with SMRPCO. In the event that an applicant is not CMRP-certified, they are not eligible to sit for a SMRPCO certification exam for five (5) years from the date of the latest proctored exam session. Administer a CMRP, CMRT or CAMA exam

SMRPCO requires ample time to ensure accurate exam material preparation and shipment for scheduled exam sessions. As such:

  • All exam requests must be submitted online at least two (2) weeks prior to the requested exam session date for U.S. proctors.
  • All exam requests must be submitted online at least four (4) weeks prior to the requested exam session date for international proctors.
