Vlad Bacalu, Senior Vice President, Strategic and Technical Solutions, leads the technology strategy for AECOM’s Commercial Facilities Operations & Maintenance business. Vlad has extensive hands-on experience in creating and implementing asset management strategies to support operation’s needs and improve corporate bottom line performance through driving reliability improvements. Vlad has over 30 years of maintenance and reliability experience in facilities, manufacturing and process industries. Vlad is holds the CMRP, CRL, and CAMA certifications. He is also the Chair of the Global Forum for Maintenance and Asset Management (GFMAM), a global non-for-profit organization, focused on promoting and developing the maintenance & asset management professions by collaborating on knowledge, standards and best practices.
Husain Al Ali, CMRP, CAMA

Husain Al Ali, CMRP, CAMA, has over 37 years’ experience in the aluminum industry covering a wide range of activities and responsibilities in metal production, from maintenance and engineering to development and executive management. He has served as a senior consultant to enhance organizations’ performance and operational excellence. Husain played a key role in overseeing Aluminum Bahrain (ALBA), as it grew from a capacity of 100,000 MTPA to one of the largest aluminum smelters in the world, with a capacity in excess of 900,000 MTPA. Husain was a key member of the team who implemented the highly-acclaimed and successful "East" Project for the implementation of the Asset Maintenance Work Process (AMWP) at SHARQ Petrochemical Company.
Dalal Al-Asousi, CMRP, CIAM, CPAM, CAMA

Dalal Al-Asousi is a Senior Process Reliability Engineer at Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC). She was the first Kuwaiti female to receive the CMRP certification and the first female in GCC to earn her CAMA, CPAM and CIAM certifications. Al-Asousi was awarded the 2018 Excellence Award – Future Leader from the Gulf Society of Maintenance and Reliability. Al-Asousi has experience in the government and private sector in reliability, project management, purchasing & logistics and manufacturing. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Kuwait University in 2004 and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Maastricht School of Management in 2010.
