Written requests to cancel registration - including tours and workshops - must be submitted via e-mail to [email protected] no later than September 26, 2025. Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment, less a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds or credits will be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events, or early departure. Substitutions are allowed from the same company and membership level and must be made in writing by September 26, 2025.
