*Students are defined as: Individuals who are enrolled full-time in a program related to maintenance, reliability and physical asset management at a two or four-year accredited college or university. (i.e. engineering)

Conference Registration includes access to the following:

  • 54+ educational track sessions
  • Opening and closing keynote presentations
  • SMRP Exhibit hall
  • Monday's Welcome Reception
  • Tuesday's Networking Reception
  • Breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, and all refreshment breaks

Pre- and Post-Conference Workshops

Attendees can register for workshops taking place on Monday, October 6 or Thursday, October 9 during the registration process.‎
Workshop registration fees:
  • Half-day (4 hours): ‎‎$250 (early bird) / $350 (regular)
  • Full Day (8 hours): ‎ ‎$425 (early bird) / $525 (regular)
  • 2-Day (16 hours): $700 (early bird) / $800 (regular)

 International attendees: If you need a U.S. visa to attend the SMRP 2025 Annual Conference, please download the Invitation Letter here to support your visa application.

Conference Registration Cancellation Policy

Written requests to cancel registration - including tours and workshops - must be submitted via e-mail to [email protected] no later than September 26, 2025. Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment, less a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds or credits will be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events, or early departure. Substitutions are allowed from the same company and membership level and must be made in writing by September 26, 2025.

Workshop Cancellation Policy

Workshop attendees may cancel without penalty until September 26, 2025. After September 26, attendees may cancel and receive a 50% refund or they may transfer their workshop registration to another attendee by notifying Kelly Kizer at [email protected].
