The Aladon Network is a global community of reliability professionals whose members are certified by Aladon as Practitioners and Facilitators in the delivery of RCM2, MTA (Maintenance Task Analysis) and AP (Asset Prioritization). These advanced methodologies offer team-based approaches to developing a reliability strategy for all key assets in an organization. This global network has helped clients apply RCM2 based practices in over 80 countries. More than 65,000 people have attended Aladon training courses worldwide.
In addition, Jeff Shiver, CMRP, CPMM of People and Processes, Inc. has achieved the RCM2 Practitioner Certification from the Aladon Network. The Network is a fraternity of experts with a profound understanding of what must be done to ensure that reliability practices are correctly understood and effectively executed and applied.

There are four levels of certification, with stringent requirements on skills and experience levels to pass and sustain each level. I am honored to be a part of this esteemed group of practitioners.”

Jeff has more than 25 years of manufacturing and facilities experience with companies such as Procter and Gamble (pulp and paper), IBM facilities (government and manufacturing), and Mars North America where Jeff spent the bulk of his career.
