Day 1: Tuesday, May 6, 2025

Attendees may participate in optional workshops on Tuesday for an additional fee. Capacity is limited, and workshops will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM | Exhibit Hall Opens
- 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM | Welcome Cocktail Reception
Kick off the event with a welcome cocktail reception, a perfect opportunity to network and unwind in the exhibit hall.
- After 6:30 PM | Dine-Arounds
For those who wish to continue networking and relaxing with colleagues, Dine-Arounds will be organized following the welcome reception. Additional details will be shared with registered attendees closer to the event. Please note that attendees are responsible for their own meal costs.
Day 2: Wednesday, May 7, 2025

- 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM | Welcome Session & Express Innovation Labs
Start the day with an opening presentation, followed by Express Innovation Labs. Speakers will deliver 10-minute, TED-style talks on cutting-edge innovations, concepts, and offerings in the industry.

- 10:15 AM - 12:00 PM | Deep Dive Breakouts
Ready for a deep dive? Join deep dive sessions designed to explore topics in-depth, providing advanced insights and strategies.

- 1:15 PM - 3:15 PM | Deep Dive Breakouts
- 3:15 PM - 3:30 PM | Break
- 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM | Deep Dive Breakouts
