Join us for an enlightening exploration of Brightline, a high-speed intercity passenger rail that ‎connects Central and South Florida.‎ During this tour, we will visit the new Brightline Orlando Station and get a look inside Brightline's ‎Basecamp. This state-of-the-art vehicle maintenance facility, valued at $100 million, stands as the most ‎advanced of its kind in the Southeast U.S.‎

Transportation to and from the facility will be provided.

Facility Overview

Brightline's Basecamp, a sophisticated train maintenance facility, spans a vast 135,805 square feet in ‎Orlando. Worth $100 million, the facility occupies 62 acres south of Orlando International Airport. It's ‎currently being used to commission new Brightline trains and service existing ones. 

With the anticipated ‎opening of the Orlando station later this year, the Basecamp will shift to around-the-clock operations and ‎employ around 175 professionals ranging from engineers and conductors to technicians and inspectors.‎
